TEGAM Announces Acquisition of Pragmatic Instruments Inc. In December of 2002, TEGAM Inc. announced the acquisition of Pragmatic Instruments Inc. Pragmatic instruments is a San Diego-based manufacturer of Arbitrary Waveform Generators, Voltage Standards, MEMS Driver Systems, and other custom signal generation products for novel test applications. TEGAM will continue the manufacture and support of the products formerly offered by Pragmatic. Pragmatic's products will compliment the existing broad line of test, measurement, and calibration solutions that TEGAM already offers to its customers.
